The Motorola Xoom is a viable entrant into the tablet market and makes it into the Top 10 Tablet PC by virtue of its very high quality spec, even superseding that of the Apple Ipad
In the same price range as Apples Ipad, the Xoom boasts a Tegra 1GHz dual-core processor running Android 3.0 (Honeycomb).
This allows you full access to Google mobile services, Google Maps, Google Talk, Google Ebooks and You tube. Web Access and Flash player Access are also
The HD widescreen multi-touch display is crisp and clear and offers holographic options too. The connectivity options are equally comprehensive, with the standard 802.11 a/b/g/n wireless and Bluetooth with a Free 4G LTE Upgrade for further future proofing.
There’s virtually nothing they haven’t thought of within this tablet, and still have managed to keep it light and streamlined. Although there’s no Micro Sd card reader, and no USB charging either, but these are minor quibbles.
You could argue its missing a internal hard drive of significance, but then with cloud computing and online storage becoming easier and cheaper, the 32GB internal may be a justifiable compromise to keep the tablet light and portable.
The battery life allows for browsing for around 10 hours with 3.3 days continuous mp3 playback.
Some of the extra nice features include a 5MP Camera, an additional 2MP Web Cam with Dual-LED flash and automatic focus and zoom.
There are also a range of sensors; proximity, barometer, ambient light and gyroscope as added bonuses.

Summary
What can you say about the Xoom. A worthy contender for the Top 10 Tablet PC site.
Its thin, its light, its powerful and it does what its meant to, well.
It’s a piece of technology that has found the right balance between application and performance. Mobile enough to carry easily without compromising on core features and delivering a satisfying viewing experience to boot.
If there was an excuse to get used to Android 3.0, then the Motorola Xoom would be it. It’s slightly more expensive than an Ipad, but you get a bigger screen, a faster processor and a more portable device overall.
